Well done Opal Class

We have made it through Year 3, and what a strange year it has been. Mrs McChrystal and I are so proud of how you have carried on working at home or in the key worker bubble. We have loved seeing your work and look forward to seeing you again in September.

The book you took home in March had lots of challenges in it and I’d like you to choose your own English activities. Perhaps you could watch a movie and write a review; create a Summer poem and decorate it; or come up with an A-Z of amazing adjectives to help you with your writing next year.

For maths I’d like you to think of something you learnt this year and create a poster/guide/fact sheet for the next year three class. Maybe how to do column addition; explaining parallel and perpendicular lines; telling the time or fractions. I will forward the best ones to Miss Cooper.

In school we will be having our Sports Day, so if you haven’t done it already have a go and let me know how you got on. Here are just a few of the photos Katie sent me. We will also be completing some of the Kent Sports Rainbow Challenges.

Enjoy your last two days of ‘school’.
